Weekend Recap

Sunday, May 3, 2015

Why is it that the weeks always go by so slow but by the time we get to the weekend, it goes by too fast?  It was one of those weekends that we did so much that I actually just had to look through my camera roll to figure out how the weekend started.

I had never visited the West End Historic District of Greenville, but once Laura posted on Insta that she and Greenville Goods would have a booth at the Village of West Greenville for #May_One, I started researching to see what it was all about. This was the kickoff weekend to their First Friday event that will go through the summer, and they had several local vendors set up. We had a double date night with Stephanie and the husbands, and it was so much fun to venture to an area none of us had spent time in. We will definitely be back for sure!

My mouth is drooling thinking of these Circa doughnuts…

And, this chai was amazing.

Of course, we had to stop by to see Laura and Greenville Goods…and I may or may not have purchased my fourth necklace. Addicted?

Next up…the food! They had a couple of food trucks out, and they were a huge hit.

Saturday was the most gorgeous day, and it was the perfect way to celebrate my baby sister's engagement party in Edisto Island. How gorgeous is this picture my beautiful and extremely talented cousin, Amanda, took? More to come tomorrow!

Sunday was a very unexpected day of fun, but so much fun! Boys golfed and girls + Gray brunched. We strolled around downtown, and Steph gave me a mini tutorial on my camera. Then, the boys joined us and we enjoyed fun cocktails on a rooftop bar!

I hope you had a great weekend! It definitely came and went too fast, but was memorable to say the least. Linking up today with Biana and Meghan

Happy Monday!
xoxo

  1. Food trucks are seriously the best! I went to a food truck rally this weekend and totally ate way too much. But worth it!
